The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

It is a beautiful, light and clean apartment. The host had sent all the information, photos, how to find the location. And I especially want to note an incredible view from the window to the mountains.

Kopaonik is an amazing sought after sunny mountain with lots of snow until end of March, fantastic ski slopes, hotels, restaurants, shops and facilities. Ski slopes are for all levels, probably best suited for families and those who enjoy wide slopes and relaxed skiing ... but there are also few steep black slopes for more extreme skiers.
Kopaonik is beautiful all year around. I prefer Kop during winter, it's magical.

Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre and at the ski slopes. The ski center is crowded all the time, during working days and especially weekends (January, February and March). Waiting time for the main 6 or 4 seaters to take you up 20-40 min, which is ridiculous. There is no waiting line; the crowd of people are stepping on each other, fighting to get quicker to the lift. Don't bring your own skis (better rent) as they will be damaged from people stepping on them.

Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders.
Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders. Excellent local food, nice beers. However, the locals are smoking inside the facility with was a problem for me. Your clothes can smell unpleasantly after being outside for a lunch or dinner. Nacionalna klasa serves the best quality of food in the center of Kopaonik and you would not smell the cigarettes that severely as the other places.

Great place for mid-level skiing, it is big enough, we’ve been there for 5 days and it did not get boring as we changed slopes and got across the whole skiing area exploring. The weather was too warm and some slopes were closed, but still quite many were open.

Some very good slopes but very crowdy (you have to stay in the line 15-20 min to go up every time) and rather expensive (in Belgrade the prices are at least twice lower). Slope maintenance is also not the best.

Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be.
Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be. In recent years, accommodation capacities have doubled (if not tripled), while the infrastructure has remained the same. That's why skiing in Kopaonic has become a true test of patience. You can wait at least 10-15 minutes up to 30 minutes for each climb. You hardly find locals who speak English and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It has become a very crowded resort.
What a beautiful experience! The hotel all staff including the Manager (Mr Foka) and everything else exceeded all our expectations.
The hotel has a free SPA and the best restaurant in the area, it's close to a ski centre but also provides possibilities for lots of other activities.
Everything is managed around your satisfaction as a traveler whether you stay for one night or one week. From the warm welcome to facilities, quality of the rooms, beddings, amenities, food and most of all staff attitude - sincere, natural, relaxed hospitality.
The apartment was clean.
We had everything we needed.
Cosy.
The beds are very comfortable.
The apartment was vacuumed every day. They washed the dishes we had. We had only tea caps and glasses.
The breakfast is good. You have what to choose. In my opinion not so good for vegetarians. But I'm not one, so for me, it was very good.
They have a bus to take you to the slopes.
They have a place in the town where you can rent ski and snowboard. And also they have there a room where you can leave your equipment.
The Apart Hotel is located in the center of the village of Kopaonik. A large Maxi supermarket and restaurants are a 3-minute walk away. The parking lot offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
The apartments are large, brand new and have a beautiful modern design. The room has everything you need. I slept great after skiing - the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet around.
The owner is very hospitable and responsive
Excellent room with a nice view. The room was always heated and there was always hot water. Its definitely worth the money and it is ideal if you are visiting kopaonik with a car. The host was very polite and pleasant to talk to. There's also a possibility to have breakfast and dinner at the facility. The location of the villa is in a peaceful area but it is close to the ski lift and to the center.
Great hotel. The restaurant was very good although dinner had kind of limited choices. Breakfast was excellent for skiers. They should serve it a little earlier for those who want to be first on the slopes. Spa and wellness area were excellent. It s a ten minute drive from the main ski lifts, but you can leave your equipment at a rental shop near the slopes free of charge.
We had a great stay at the apartments, we liked the hospitality, felt just like home there.
There is pretty much everything one would need to go skiing/snowboarding. They have a separate room for the equipment, radiators in the room, and the food was pretty decent. They also have a van that drop you to and from the mountains (~9am & ~4pm) daily unless it's a snow storm
Prefect location right on the slope 8. The bar with chimney is fabulous. The same for restaurant: excellent breakfast and amazing dinners. A lot of variety and delicious meals.
Staff is so friendly and careful. Definitely the place to come back in Kopaonik!
Bonus: electric car charging is available and free for hotel customers :)
Jadranka and Marko are great hosts. They were always available for any questions an advice. The apartment is completely new and everything is clean. Apartment location is amazing. Close enough to all main ski tracks yet far enough to have a peaceful night and a good sleep. Best price to value accommodation we've ever been to!
Really good hotel in center of Kopaonik, the best location. Deluxe rooms and apartments are good size, have enough storage. Avoid standard rooms, too small, not enough storage. Also, there is a big difference regarding part of the hotel that the room is in, some are quite, others noisy. Valet service is excellent.
Clean and comfortable, not really close to ski area and placeses that ski equipment rental but every hour there is a bus just front of hotel. Close by you can find markets and restorans. They do not speak English well but thet are really helpful . Free parking area
Clean and modern accommodation with all needed amenities.
Nice and helpful host.
Close to Kopaonik center, shops, restaurants and the ski slopes. 7-10 minutes walking until the central area.
Parking is available in front of the building.
Good location, 10 min by car/bus to the Kopaonik ski resort. Clean apartment with all the necessities. Keys pick-up and communication with the host was easy. Access (paid) to the SPA in the Kraljevi Čardaci hotel.
Place is just a little bit too new, so needs few months to settle down I would say, but other than that, quality furnished, lovely staff and location of the complex is near the centre of Kopaonik ski resort.
- Good location
- We arrived ahead of check-in time and we were checked in
- Great view from the terrace
- The ski bus stops near the hotel
- All the necessary equipment is present and working
This is a superb hotel to enjoy beautiful Kopaonik. Staff was fantastic and ready for everything you request. Special mention to Melidsa, who is super helpful and knowledgeable. We will come back!
Very clean and comfortable accommodation in the center of Kopaonik, 5 min walking to the ski lifts, fully equiped with all what you need. Besides that, very kind and attentive host.
Odlican smestaj, u samom centru Kopaonika! Idealna pozicija, pogled, parking! Sam apartman je cist, odise dobrom energijom I jako je udoban!Gazde su fenomenalne. Dolazim opet! 🩷
